Potential New Sponsor Summer Food Service Program

The New York State Education Department (SED), Office of Child Nutrition Program Administration, will host a live webinar on Potential New Sponsor Summer Food Service Program to provide guidance to Summer Food Service Program sponsors and potential new sponsors. This webinar is a two part series and sponsors must register for both days.

You are welcome to submit questions on these topics prior to each webinar to cnsfsp@nysed.gov. This will allow our panelists adequate time to fully address your questions.  Not all questions may be answered live due to time constraints.  For situation-specific questions, please contact your CN representative.

SED is committed to providing ongoing training and technical assistance to Child Nutrition Program operators. The webinars will be recorded and accessible on the Child Nutrition website, www.cn.nysed.gov, after the live version has concluded. Visit the Child Nutrition website regularly for the most up-to-date information and training schedules.

These webinars require the use of a computer with speakers, or a telephone, to view and listen to the presentation. The webinar works best when using Google Chrome as a browser. Email cnsfsp@nysed.gov for assistance.  Please do not contact SED’s IT department for assistance.

  1. Copy and paste the zoom link into your Chrome browser. (The links are provided by date in the table above)
  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Confirm Email Address
  3. Click the blue “Register” button at the bottom of the page
  4. The next screen will show the Topic, Time, Webinar ID and the link to join the webinar the day of the event
  5. This link will also be sent in a Registration Confirmation Email from Zoom.  If you do not receive a link, please check your junk mail or spam.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
