The New York State Education Department (NYSED) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the FY19 National School Lunch Program (NSLP) Equipment Assistance Grant for School Food Authorities (SFAs).

RFP GC20-021 is posted at the Grants Administered by NYSED webpage:

Questions relative to this RFP must be sent to foodequip@nysed.gov no later than close of business on December 18, 2019. A Questions and Answers Summary will be posted no later than January 4, 2020.

All applications must be postmarked by January 24, 2020.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
