Instructions for Changing Your Password in CNMS

  1. Click on the Child Nutrition Management System (CNMS) icon on the main page of the Child Nutrition Knowledge Center.
  2. Select "I Agree."
  3. Click on "Admin" then click on "User Info."
  4. Type a new password.
    • Enter the new password twice, as indicated, and update.
    • The password must have between 8 and 12 characters and contain at least 1 number.
  5. Click "Update."  If "Success!" appears, you have successfully changed your password.

Contact the Child Nutrition office with any questions.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
